摘  要:目前乡村小学留守儿童后进生问题日益凸显,这一现象已经引起了社会各界的高度重视。这些儿童由于父母长期离家工作,缺少父母的关怀和教育引导,常常在学习、日常生活以及心理健康等多个方面面临挑战。通过系统地分析和研究,进一步丰富和完善农村小学班主任对后进生转化的理论基础。同时树立对农村学生教育环境的正确认识,促进教育资源在城乡之间的均衡分配,提升农村学生的教育质量,从而实现教育资源的优化配置和最大化利用。通过家庭、学校和社会三方的共同努力,达成教育发展的共识,共同推动教育事业的进步。At present,the problem of left-behind children in rural primary schools is increasingly prominent,which has aroused great attention from all walks of life.These children,whose parents are away from home for ex�tended periods,lack parental care and educational guidance,often encountering challenges in studying,daily liv�ing,and mental health.Through systematic analysis and research,this study conducts a multifaceted examination of underachievers in rural primary schools,considering factors such as the students themselves,teachers,school management,family education,and society,and proposes corresponding transformation strategies.This aims to further enrich and refine the theoretical framework for rural primary school teachers responsible for transforming underachievers in education.Simultaneously,it is crucial to establish a correct understanding of the rural educa�tional environment,promote the balanced distribution of educational resources between urban and rural areas,and enhance the educational quality of rural students.This will ensure the optimal allocation and maximum utilization of educational resources.Through the joint efforts of the family,school and society,we can reach a consensus on the development of education and jointly promote the progress of education.
