摘  要:文章阐述了“医护协同以护为主”模式的理论基础,包括医护协同的概念与内涵、以护为主的价值体现以及相关理论支撑。分析了当前临床护理课程教学现状,指出传统教学模式的特点与不足,医护协同在教学中的体现程度以及以护为主理念融入情况。接着提出基于“医护协同以护为主”模式的临床护理课程教学策略,涵盖课程设置的优化、教学方法的创新以及师资队伍的建设等方面,以期为提升临床护理课程教学质量,培养适应现代医疗需求的护理专业人才提供参考。This article elaborates on the theoretical basis of the"Cooperation between Doctor and Nurse with Nurse as the Main Focus"model,including the concept and connotation of healthcare collaboration,the value embodiment of care as the main focus,and related theoretical support.Analyze the current teaching status of clinical nursing courses,point out the characteristics and shortcomings of traditional teaching models,limit integration of medical and nursing collaboration in teaching,and the need to improve the integration of the nursing oriented concept.And propose a clinical nursing course teaching strategy based on the"Cooperation between Doctor and Nurse with Nurse as the Main Focus"model,covering optimization of course settings,innovation of teaching methods,and construction of teaching staff,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of clinical nursing course teaching and cultivating nursing professionals who can adapt to modern medical needs.
