摘 要:对芭蕉芋糖化液的三角瓶酒精发酵条件进行了研究。通过单因素实验和正交优化实验 ,确定种子培养基为含葡萄糖 16 1%的芭蕉芋糖化液添加 1%玉米浆和 0 2 %尿素 ,种子培养条件为 33℃ ,15 0r/min摇床培养 17h ,接种量 10 %。发酵培养基为含葡萄糖 16 1%芭蕉芋糖液添加尿素 0 2 %和玉米浆 2 %。发酵初始pH值 4 3。 33℃下静置发酵。在此发酵条件下可从 16 1%的糖液中得到 9 4 3% (v/v)的酒精 ,达到葡萄糖理论转化率的 91 0 %。The flask ethanol fermentation Conditions of Canna edulis Ker were studied.The optimized fermentation conditions were as follow,Seed was cultivated in saccharified Canna edulis Ker liquid containing 16.1% glucose added with 1% corn steep liquor and 0.2% urea.at 33℃ and 150rpm for 17 hours.Inoculum size was 10% of fermentation medium The fermetation medium were asccharified canna edulis ker liquid containing 16.1% glucose added with 0.2% corn steep liquor and 2% urea.Initial pH was at 4.3,and the fermentation was performed at 33℃.Under these conditions,9.43%(v/v) ethanol were produced which was 91.0% of the glucose theoretical yield.
