摘　　要：师资建设是高等学校面临的一个紧要问题。近代教育家对师资建设如“加强师德建设”、“提高教师素质”、“稳定教师队伍”等方面有着独到的见解 ,本文对之稍加整理和发挥 。Teachers constuction is the key questions to the colleges and universities.Lots of modern educators have many outstanding opinions about teachers constructing,especially in enforcing teacher's morals,cultivating teacher's quality,and stabling teacher team.We can use it for reference to our teachers construction.
