摘　　要：二战后日本企业在经济发展过程中所采取的一些独特的制度安排 ,对于增强企业的稳定性和竞争力起了关键性的作用。笔者在分析日本企业制度特点的基础上 ,提出了我国企业应该借鉴日本企业管理的优点 。In the process of economic development,the unique management systems of Japanese enterprises play an important role in enhancing the stability and competitiveness of the enterprises.After analyzing the characteristics of Japanese enterprises management systems,the paper put forward a few proposals for Chinese enterprises to improve the efficiency by learning from Japanese enterprises.
