摘　　要：司马迁在《史记》的《六国年表》、《秦本纪》等篇章中对秦朝历史作用的评说,不囿于时人的俗见,忠于客观史实,既不因秦“施暴政”招致速亡而全盘否定其统一全国之功,也不因其实行“平海内”之历史使命而减轻对其过的谴责,充分体现了一代史学家的睿智卓识。Not affected by the popular prejudice in his same time, the comments on the historical effects of Qin-dynasty by historian Shi Maqian in the chapters, such as chronological tables of the six countries and basic annals of Qin Dynasty of his book Records of the Grand Historian of China, are consistent of historical facts, neither negating Qin-dynasty抯 merits and achievements of the unification of China because of its implementation of severe policy , nor giving less condemnation to Qin dynasty faults because of its accomplishment of the unification of the whole nation , which fully embodies the outstanding insight and sagacity of a great historian .
