摘　　要：学校管理创新是为培养创新人才而对学校管理进行创造性的变革。它的产生是学校教育创新的呼唤,也是对社会经济转型要求的回应。其实质是对办学资源的拓宽、提升和优化组合,形成新的管理格局,以提高管理效率,促进和保障创新人才的培养。进行学校管理创新必须实施科学有效的行动策略。Creative school management whose purpose is to train creative talents is the requirement of creative school education and the response to the transitional social economy. The essence of it is to enlarge, promote, optimize and group the school resources, hence the new management pattern which will help to raise the managing efficiency and guarantee the training of creative talents. What's more, scientific and effective actions must be taken to ensure the implementation of creative school management.
