摘  要:当前世界特种稻的研究不断深入 ,已由营养型转入功能性的研究 ,这种稻米食用后可吸收其大米中对人体健康有效物质 ,增强身体的防御功能 ,调节人体生理节律 ,最终达到体内营养平衡 ,起到预防疾病和促进康复的作用 。In current years, the studies on the special rice are deepened continuously in the world. The research target has turned from the nutritional type to the functional type which contains some effective substances for the health of human body. After having this new rice, people could improve their preventive functions, regulate body's physiological rhythm and ultimately achieve nutrient balance in the body, which took effect in preventing diseases and promoting the recovery. The concept of the functional rice was also discussed in this paper.
