摘  要:本天然营养粉丝是以江苏省盐城市响水县的浅水藕资源为主料 ,上海交通大学农业与生物学院天然健康食品研究所的高新技术产品———黑米素为辅料的复合营养食品。天然营养粉丝的设计定位是由天然资源构成产品的特点 ,为营养丰富、色泽独特、口感爽滑的健康食品。本粉丝由江苏响水兴荷特种食品有限公司生产 ,新产品的研制生产 ,是利用上海交通大学农业与生物学院食品研究所指导下不断摸索其原料配比和工艺流程的基础上所形成的天然营养粉丝生产工艺及操作方法进行的 ,该新产品基本趋于定型 。The natural nutrition floury silk is a kind of compound nutritional food. It is made of the main material wedding lotus root in Xiangshui, Yancheng, Jiangsu Province and the assistant material high new technical product named as black rice pigment which is prepared by Natural Health Food Research Institute in Agricultural and Biological College of Shanghai Jiaotong University. The natural nutrition floury silk is the product made by natural materials. It is a kind of healthy food which is full of nutrition, distinctive colour and lubricant mouth feeling. This kind of floury silk is produced by Xinghe Special Food Co., Ltd, Xiangshui, Jiangsu. New product is continuously felt about prescription and technical process with the help of Natural Health Food Research Institute. Now productive technology and ways of operation has been basically performed. The product is beening set appearance and the factory is going to product.
