摘　　要：目的　建立一种简便、快速的脆性X综合征基因筛查法。方法　联合应用二甲基亚和甜菜碱扩增FMR- 1基因的三核苷酸重复序列。结果　本方法大大提高了FMR - 1基因的扩增效率。结论　该方法简便、快速、经济 。Objective: To establish a simple method for screening fragile X syndrome. Methods: The CGG repeat region from the fragile X region was amplified with the addition of DMSO and Betain. Results: The efficiency of amplification was improved greatly. Conclusion: The method is simple, quick,economical and could be used for screening numbers of clinical samples.
