摘 要:在人工智能洪流冲击之下,教师陷入角色困顿与混乱之中,教师角色建构面临角色泛化、角色失语、角色迷茫等现实困境,表现为教师角色认知冲突明显、教师角色行为意向孱弱、教师角色专业知能匮乏等,人工智能时代教师应成为机师协同的助推者、学生成长的引路人、生命自觉的培育者,师生关系应由对立转共生,由授识转育人,由成己到成人。Under the impact of the flood of artificial intelligence,teachers are trapped in role dilemma and confusion.Teacher role construction is faced with the realistic dilemmas of role generalization,role aphasia and role confusion,which are manifested as obvious cognitive conflict of teacher role,weak behavioral intention of teacher role and lack of professional knowledge of teacher role.In the era of artificial intelligence,teachers should become the facilitator of the coordination of the answering machine,,the guide to the student growth,and a cultivator of life consciousness.The relationship between teachers and students should be transformed from antagonism to symbiosis,from teaching to educating,and from becoming oneself to becoming an adult.
