摘  要:运用OECD(Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development,经济合作与发展组织)教师职业幸福感的框架体系探究“县管校聘”背景下S市交流轮岗教师职业幸福感的影响因素,发现“县管校聘”背景下教师职业幸福感影响因素既涉及教育政策层面也涉及学校层面。正向影响因素有更好的职业发展、更好的环境体验、更多的社会支持。负向影响因素有补贴力度不足、工作负荷较大、工作压力增加。基于调研提出以下策略:完善补偿机制,加大激励力度;提高培训效能,推动减负赋能;打造人文管理,减缓工作压力。Grounded in the OECD(Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development)framework for teacher professional well-being,this study investigates the factors influencing teacher professional well-being among rotation teachers in the background of“county management,school employment”in S City.The findings indicate that these influencing factors are interconnected with both educational policy and school-level dynamics.Positive influences include better career development,better environmental experience,more social support.Negative influences encompass inadequate subsidies,excessive workloads,and heightened work-related stress.Based on the survey results,several strategies are recommended:refining the compensation mechanism to bolster incentives;enhancing training effectiveness to alleviate burdens while empowering teachers;and fostering a humanistic management approach to mitigate work pressure.
