摘 要:从学习动机、学习能力自我效能感、专业学习与职业发展的自我认识、确定学习目标和计划的能力、学习策略的使用能力、学习的归因方式6个维度设计了《成人学生自主学习能力现状调查问卷》,调查对象为来自福建省7所高校的500名成人学生。研究发现,福建省成人学生总体自主学习能力处于中上水平,学习动机较强,对自我认识和未来的学习目标较为清晰,但还存在自我效能感不高、自我控制能力不强、对学习成败的归因认识不准确等问题。成人学生个体效应与自主学习能力和其年龄、职业、学历、专业、婚姻状况、家庭文化程度等相关。成人学生自主学习能力分别与6个维度呈较强的线性关系并对其产生显著影响。A questionnaire on the current situation of autonomous learning ability of adult students was constructed from six dimensions:learning motivation,self-efficacy of learning ability,professional learning and self-awareness of career development,the ability to determine learning goals and plans,the ability to use learning strategies,and the attribution style of learning.The survey was conducted among 500 adult students from 7 universities in Fujian province.The research finds that the overall autonomous learning ability of adult students in Fujian province is at the upper middle level,with strong learning motivation and clear self-awareness and future learning goals.However,there are still some problems such as low self-efficacy,weak self-control ability,and inaccurate attribution of learning success or failure.The individual effect of adult students is realted to their autonomous learning ability and age,occupation,education background,major,marital status,family education level and so on.The autonomous learning ability of adult students has a strong linear relationship with six dimensions and has a significant impact on it.
