摘  要:数学竞赛是数学人才发现与培养的重要途径.2020年保罗·厄尔多斯奖、2017年世界华人数学家大会若琳奖获得者冷岗松教授围绕数学竞赛命题、数学英才的早期发现与培养、数学教师教育等话题提出他的洞见:数学家的初等定理是命题的灵感来源;需要用数学家的眼光和教育家的尺度选择和评估数学竞赛问题;“从新证明到新发现”是中学生早期科研的最佳方式之一;师生平等交流有利于激发学生的科研兴趣与积极性;数学教师需要保持数学专业学习,重视交流合作.Mathematics competition serves as a crucial pathway for the identification and cultivation of mathematical talents.Professor LENG Gang-song,winner of the 2020 Paul Erdős Award and the 2017 ICCM Best Paper Award,puts forward his insights on several topics,including proposition of mathematics competition,early identification and nurturing of mathematical talents,and mathematics teacher education.The elementary theorems of mathematicians serve as a vital source of inspiration for proposing mathematics competition problems.The lens of mathematicians and the perspectives of educators are both needed in the selection and evaluation of mathematics competition problems.‘From new proofs to new discoveries’is one of the best approaches for middle school students to conduct early research.Equitable teacher-student interactions contribute to fostering students’interest and enthusiasm for scientific research.Mathematics teachers need to maintain their professional learning in mathematics and attach importance to communication and cooperation.The interview provides enlightenment for the research and practice of future mathematics competition propositions and mathematics talent education.
