摘 要:在积极应对人口老龄化国家战略框架下,老年学习共同体基于其自我导向性、自主互助性、社区性等基本特征,能够破解老年教育资源供给不足、提升老年人教育活动参与率、有效发挥老年人力资源特长等发展优势,成为老年教育的重要实践载体。以积极老龄化理念指导、以提升核心成员能力带动、以社区为重点培育和引导,应是新时代推进老年学习共同体发展建设的重要策略。Elderly learning communities,which feature self-directedness,autonomously mutual assistance,and community-basedness,have become one of the most important approaches to developing elderly education,which is advocated as a national strategy to address the problem of population aging,and boasts many advantages to help solve such problems as insufficient resources supply,low participation rate,and effectively utilize the strengths of elderly human resources,as an important approach to elderly education.To promote the development and construction of elderly learning communities in the new era,this paper advances strategies like active-aging-concept-guidedness,enhancing capabilities of core members as a model,and community-focusedness.
