思政元素融入高职院校体育选项课教学的价值与实践路径

摘　　要：开展思政教育是落实立德树人、培养高质量人才队伍的本质需要,体育思政元素与课程的融合使思政教育更加生动、具体和贴近学生生活,有助于提高思政教育的吸引力和实效性,实现全员、全过程、全方位育人的目标。体育选项课作为高职院校体育课程体系中的重要组成部分,不仅对学生的身体素质和心理健康有着积极影响,还为高职院校开展思想政治教育提供了新的契机。研究发现,将思政元素融入高职院校体育选项课程在实现教育目标、增强学生的集体主义意识、激发学生学习兴趣、优化教育效果以及营造校园文化氛围等方面有积极促进作用,是当前高职院校体育发展的重要内容,体现了思政教育与体育育人结合的改革思路,推动了教育的全面发展。Implementing ideological and political education(IPE)is essential for nurturing high-quality talent and fulfilling the core mission of fostering virtue through education.Integrating IPE elements with physical education makes ideological education more engaging,specific,and relatable to students’lives,enhancing its appeal and effectiveness while achieving comprehensive,all-process,and all-encompassing education goals.Physical education elective courses,as a key component of higher vocational colleges’physical education curriculum,not only improve students’physical fitness and mental health but also offer new opportunities for ideological education.This study reveals that incorporating IPE elements into physical education electives helps achieve educational objectives,strengthens students’sense of collectivism,stimulates learning interest,optimizes educational outcomes,and cultivates a positive campus culture.This approach reflects the reform strategy of combining ideological education with physical education,promoting holistic educational development.
