摘  要:中职班主任中途接班会遇到很多问题,需妥善解决,管理难度大。中职艺术课程核心素养包括审美判断、艺术感知、创意表达和文化理解,把其融入到班主任班级日常管理,能更好解决接班时遇到的各项问题,以美育人,以文治班,使班主任平稳接班,更有效地管理班级。Vocational school class teachers who take over mid-term face many challenges that require proper resolution,making the management process more difficult.The core competencies of vocational arts courses include aesthetic judgment,artistic perception,creative expression,and cultural understanding.Integrating these into the daily management of the class helps to address the various issues encountered when taking over a class.By educating through aesthetics and governing with culture,class teachers can ensure a smoother transition and more effective class management.
