摘  要:涉农专业人才培养是实现乡村振兴、建设农业强国的关键举措,实施“双轨并行”人才培养机制,有助于延长人才培养周期,提升农业人才的实践能力,助力终身教育和技能型社会建设。在当前现代农业适度规模化、智能化发展的时代背景下,需要培养现代化农业人才“三支队伍”,即农技创新与推广人才、农业经营管理人才、高素质新型农民。为解决农业人才职前职后培养衔接不畅的问题,有必要从运行机制构建、课程体系设计、师资队伍建设、教学资源开发等维度构建“双轨并行”现代化农业人才培养机制,从完善产学研协同的时间育人体系、优化农业教学资源开发机制、建立完善的农业人才培养保障体系三方面形成合力,进而推动职业教育与乡村经济同步升级。The training of agriculture-related professionals is a key measure to realize rural revitalization and build a strong agricultural country.The implementation of the"dual-track"talent training mechanism is helpful to extend the talent training cycle,improve the practical ability of agricultural talents,and help the construction of lifelong education and skill-based society.Under the background of moderate scale and intelligent development of modern agriculture,it is necessary to train"three teams"of modern agricultural talents,namely,agricultural technology innovation and promotion talents,agricultural operation and management talents,and high-quality new farmers.To solve the problem of agricultural talent after training cohesion,it is necessary from the operation mechanism construction,curriculum system design,teachers staff construction,teaching resources development dimension build"double-track"modern agricultural talent training mechanism,from the perfect production collaborative time education system,optimize the agricultural teaching resources development mechanism,establish perfect agricultural personnel training security system three aspects,and promote vocational education and rural economy synchronous upgrade.
