摘  要:为了获得开封产刺梨多酚提取条件优化参数,在单因素影响试验分析基础上,以刺梨多酚提取率作为考察指标,选择乙醇体积百分比、超声提取时间、液料比,作3因素3水平响应面优化试验,得到最优提取条件,并考察其抗氧化活性.刺梨多酚最佳超声提取条件为:乙醇体积百分比53%、超声提取时间45 min、液料比(m L:g)20:1.在此条件下,刺梨多酚提取率为(4.26±0.12)%,刺梨多酚对DPPH自由基IC_(50)值为(0.03±0.004)mg/m L,对羟自由基IC_(50)值为(0.07±0.005)mg/m L.优化后的刺梨多酚提取工艺参数可靠,刺梨多酚表现出了较好的清除DPPH自由基和羟自由基能力,对刺梨多酚资源的开发和利用有较好的参考意义.In order to obtain the optimization parameters of extraction conditions of polyphenols from Rosa rox-burghii Tratt in Kaifeng,based on the analysis of single factor influence test,the extraction rate of polyphenols from Rosa roxburghii Tratt was used as the index,and the ethanol volume percentage,ultrasonic extraction time and liquid-solid ratio were selected.The response surface optimization test of 3 factors and 3 levels was carried out to obtain the optimal extraction conditions and investigate its antioxidant activity.The optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions of polyphenols from Rosa roxburghii Tratt were as follows:ethanol volume percentage 53%,ultrasonic extraction time 45 min,liquid-solid ratio(mL:g)20:1.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of polyphenols from Rosa roxburghii Tratt was(4.26±0.12)%,the IC_(50) value of DPPH free radical was(0.03±0.004)mg/mL,and the IC_(50) value of hydroxyl radical was(0.07±0.005)mg/mL.The results showed that the optimized extraction process parameters of polyphenols from Rosa roxburghii Tratt were reliable,and the polyphenols from Rosa rox-burghii Tratt showed good scavenging DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical ability,which had a better good reference significance for the development and utilization of polyphenols from Rosa roxburghii Tratt resources.
