摘　　要：现代学徒制是当前职业教育进一步深化产教融合、校企合作的重要实践模式,是产教协同育人的重要抓手。文章首先分析了现代学徒制人才培养实践中存在的问题;其次从推动学校制度建设、关注企业切身利益、构建新型师徒关系、落实校企合作内容等四个方面,提出应对现代学徒制实施过程中的问题的策略;最后以义乌工商职业技术学院为例,介绍该校在现代学徒制实践方面的改革探索,为提升当前高职院校现代学徒制人才培养质量提供借鉴和参考。The modern apprenticeship system is an important practical model for further deepening the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation in current vocational educa-tion,and is an important lever for collaborative education between industry and education.The article first analyzes the problems existing in the practice of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation;Sec-ondly,strategies are proposed to address the problems in the implementation of modern apprenticeship system from four aspects:promoting the construction of school system,paying attention to the vital interests of enterprises,building a new type of master apprentice relationship,and implementing the content of school enterprise cooperation;Finally,taking Yiwu Vocational and Technical College of In-dustry and Commerce as an example,this article introduces the school's reform and exploration in modern apprenticeship practice,providing reference and guidance for improving the quality of modern apprenticeship talent training in current vocational colleges.
