摘 要:教师自我心像是教师专业实践与专业发展的立体展现与形象描绘。运用WAI技法对16位卓越教师的自我描述进行内容、性质、历程3个维度的分析发现,卓越教师自我心像在内容方面强调专业实践,淡化身体元素;在性质方面充满积极色彩,带有消极点缀;在历程方面注重当下体验,心系未来愿景。教师教育者可以从聚焦卓越教师持续发展需求、重视卓越教师实践知识形成、助力卓越教师职业形象改善3个方面开展培训工作,提升卓越教师的自我认知。The self-image of teachers is a three-dimensional display and image portrayal of their professional practice and development.The article uses the WAI technique to analyze the content,nature,and process dimensions of the self description of 16 excellent teachers.It is found that in terms of content,the self image of excellent teachers emphasizes professional practice and downplays physical elements;In terms of nature,it is full of positive colors with negative embellishments;In terms of journey,pay attention to current experiences and focus on future visions.The work of teacher educators can be carried out from three aspects:focusing on the sustainable development needs of excellent teachers,valuing the formation of practical knowledge of excellent teachers,and helping to improve the professional image of excellent teachers.
