摘  要:新时代教育评价改革是落实立德树人根本任务、破除“五唯”顽瘴痼疾的系统性工程,也是当前和未来一段时间内我国教育事业走向高质量发展的突破点。面对价值驱动、社会转型与技术变革三重外推力量,教育评价将在哲学层、理论层与技术层发生转向,从而迈向第五代教育评价。第五代教育评价是新时代教育评价改革的未来朝向,它以“科学人文主义”为精神指引,在第四代教育评价的基础上更加凸显智能技术在教育评价中的融入与功能发挥,表现出智慧性、全息性和发展性的价值定位。为实现新时代教育评价改革的目标蓝图,第五代教育评价要充分彰显智慧性运行、融合性发展、参与性构建、回应性服务与差异性实施的多维属性特征,打造数字技术支撑的评价生态,树立多种理论资源融汇的评价理念,构建多元主体参与的评价组织,彰显以需求为导向的评价功能,以及坚持分人、分段、分类的评价实践。The reform of education evaluation in the new era is a systematic project to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and to eliminate the entrenched issues associated with the"Five Onlys".It is also a breakthrough point for advancing China's education toward high-quality development in the present and future.Faced with the triple external forces of value-driven change,social transformation,and technological innovation,educational evaluation will shift towards the fifth-generation of educational evaluation at the philosophical,theoretical,and technological levels.The fifth-generation represents the future direction of educational evaluation reform in the new era.Guided by the spirit of"scientific humanism",it builds upon the fourth generation by emphasizing the integration and functional application of intelligent technologies in educational evaluation,demonstrating value orientations of wisdom,holism,and developmental focus.In order to achieve the blueprint of education evaluation reform in the new era,the fifth generation should fully exhibit multidimensional attributes:intelligent operation,integrated development,participatory construction,responsive service,and differentiated implementation.This involves creating an evaluation ecosystem supported by digital technologies,establishing an evaluation philosophy that integrates multiple theoretical resources,building evaluation organizations with multi-stakeholder participation,highlighting demand-driven evaluation functions,and maintaining practices that are tailored to individuals,stages,and categories.
