立德树人视域下高职院校管理育人建设探析

摘　　要：高职院校是落实立德树人根本任务的重要场域,管理育人是高职院校育人实践的重要方面,在立德树人实践中具有重要意义,当前高职院校存在管理育人的理念认识不到位、管理育人的体系建设不完善等问题,探析管理育人的优化路径,以提升管理育人质量和成效,为社会发展提供德技并修的高素质技术技能人才。Higher vocational colleges are the important field to carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,and management education is an important aspect of the practice of cultivating people in higher vocational colleges,which is of great significance in the practice of establishing morality and cultivating people.At present,there are some problems in higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of understanding of the concept of management education and the imperfect construction of the system of management education,for social development to provide moral and technical training of high-quality technical and technical personnel and to provide high-quality technical skills and training for social development.
