摘 要:弱势儿童教育补偿关系到共同富裕的实现,但当前关于如何对这些儿童进行教育补偿的机理研究仍停留在初级阶段。就内涵来说,弱势儿童的教育补偿机理包括补偿动力、运行方式和实现条件三个方面;就分类来说,弱势儿童教育补偿机理主要有责任机理、风险机理、投资机理和发展机理四种类型;就实施来说,教育补偿治理的方向是通过“行政化主导、社会化供给、市场化运作和专业化实施”,从而实现弱势儿童教育补偿效果的最优化。The educational compensation for disadvantaged children is related to the realization of common prosperity.However currently,research on the mechanism for educational compensation for disadvantaged children is still in the the preliminary stage.In terms of its connotation,the mechanism for educational compensation for disadvantaged children includes three aspects:compensation dynamics,operational modes and realization conditions.In terms of its type,there are mainly four:responsibility mechanism,risk mechanism,investment mechanism and development mechanism.In terms of its implementation,the direction of educational compensation governance is to achieve the optimization of educational compensation effects for disadvantaged children through“administrative dominance,socialized supply,market-oriented operation,and specialized implementation”.
