摘  要:数字化教学资源的有效开发和利用是加快民族地区教育现代化进程的有利推手,推进民族地区教育数字化建设是“互联网+”背景下的选择和趋势。聚焦数字化教学资源开发促进民族地区教育现代化的现状,当前民族地区数字化教学资源开发主要存在人力资源投入不足、设备资源开发配置不均衡等问题。为了促进数字化资源与民族地区教育发展的高效融合,应从民族地区数字化教学资源开发中的人力资源开发、设备资源开发、课程资源开发、评价资源开发入手,针对现存的发展困境和已有的时代内涵特征,找出相应的解决路径,以期达到加快民族地区教育现代化发展进程的目的。The effective development and utilization of digital teaching resources is a favorable driving force to accelerate the process of education modernization in ethnic areas,and promoting the digital construction of education in ethnic areas is the choice and trend under the background of"Internet+",focusing on the current situation of digital teaching resources development to promote the modernization of education in ethnic areas,the current development of digital teaching resources in ethnic areas mainly has practical problems such as insufficient investment in human resources and uneven development and allocation of equipment resources,in order to promote the efficient integration of digital resources and education development in ethnic areas,Starting from the development of human resources,equipment resources,curriculum resources,and evaluation resources in the development of digital teaching resources in ethnic areas,the corresponding solutions should be proposed in view of the existing development dilemma and the existing connotation characteristics of the times,so as to achieve the goal of accelerating the development process of education modernization in ethnic areas.
