摘　　要：Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia,affecting millions worldwide.It is cha racterized by progressive cognitive decline and changes in behavior and personality,attributed to neuropathological changes,such as amyloid-beta (Aβ) plaques and neurofibrillary tangles composed of hyperphosphorylated tau protein.
