摘  要:弘扬教育家精神、打造支撑教育强国的高素质专业化职业教育教师队伍,是新时代新征程强教强师的纲领性文件。一年来,职业教育领域积极践行教育家精神,探讨教育家精神的价值、路径及其与工匠精神、师德师风的关系;继续推动教师教学创新团队建设,在建设思路、建设范式、教师能力提升、课程体系重构和模块化教学实施等方面取得一系列成果;教师培养在教育博士下增设了职业技术教育领域,从制度上完善了本硕博职教师资培养体系,教师培训逐步形成了“五化”的改革发展趋势;“双师型”教师内涵建设、认定标准、平台建设、考核评价等进一步完善;教师制度从师德师风、教师管理、教师发展、教师评价、教师激励等多个维度进一步完善教师队伍治理体系;各种学术组织和相关院校积极开展课题研究、政策咨询、学术交流和师范生竞赛等活动。Promoting the spirit of educators and building a high-quality professional vocational educa⁃tion teacher team that supports the development of a powerful country of education is a guiding document for strengthening education and teachers in the new era and new journey.Over the past year,the field of vo⁃cational education has actively practiced the spirit of educators,exploring the value,path,and relationship between the spirit of educators and the spirit of craftsmanship,teacher ethics and conduct;Continue to pro⁃mote the construction of innovative teaching teams for teachers,and achieve a series of results in terms of construction ideas,construction paradigms,teacher capacity improvement,curriculum system reconstruc⁃tion,and modular teaching implementation;Teacher training has added the field of vocational and technical education under the education doctoral program,which has improved the training system for undergraduate,master's,and doctoral vocational education teachers from an institutional perspective.Teacher training has gradually formed a trend of"five modernizations"in reform and development;Further improve the connota⁃tion construction,recognition standards,platform construction,assessment and evaluation of"Double-quali⁃fied"teachers;The teacher system further improves the governance system of the teacher team from multi⁃ple dimensions such as teacher ethics and conduct,teacher management,teacher development,teacher eval⁃uation,and teacher motivation;Various academic organizations and relevant universities actively carry out research projects,policy consultations,academic exchanges,and teacher training competitions.
