摘　　要：目的探索构建在神经病学教学中融入人文元素的STAR教学模式。方法选取在锦州医科大学附属第三医院神经内科见习的本科学生共59名,分为试验组(29名)和对照组(30名),分组方法采用随机数字表法。试验组采用融入人文元素的STAR教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,教学干预后对两组学生的理论和实践考核成绩、教学满意度进行比较分析,分析STAR教学模式的教学效果评价。结果试验组的理论和实践考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生对STAR教学模式整体满意度高于对照组对传统教学模式的满意度(P<0.05);教学效果评价提示师生对STAR教学模式效果持肯定态度。结论融入人文元素的STAR教学模式可显著增强学生的学习效果,提高教学质量及教学满意度,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the construction of STAR teaching model that incorporates humanistic elements into neurology education.Methods A total of 59 undergraduates interning in the department of neurology at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were selected and divided into experimental group(29 students)and control group(30 students).The grouping method was random number table.The experimental group received the STAR teaching model that incorporates humanistic elements,while the control group received the traditional teaching model.After teaching intervention,the theoretical and practical assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared and analyzed to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the STAR teaching model.Results The theoretical and practical assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of students in experimental group with the STAR teaching model was higher than that of the control group with the traditional teaching model(P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching effectiveness suggests that teachers and students hold a positive attitude towards the effectiveness of the STAR teaching model.Conclusion The STAR teaching model that incorporates humanistic elements can significantly enhance students'learning outcomes,improve teaching quality and satisfaction,and is worthy of further promotion.
