模拟情景教学法在中医推拿教学中的应用效果

摘  要:目的探讨模拟情景教学法在中医推拿临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2023年9月至2024年9月在上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院推拿科接受住院医师规范化培训的100名医师作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组50名。对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用模拟情景教学法。比较两组出科考试成绩、迷你临床演练评估评分及满意度总分。结果教学前,两组总成绩、理论考试成绩及技能操作考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,两组总成绩、理论考试成绩及技能操作考试成绩均高于教学前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组体检技巧、专业理论素养、临床辨析能力、总体临床能力评分及满意度总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论模拟情景教学法能有效提升学生的理论知识掌握、推拿技能和综合临床能力,同时提高学生对教学方法的满意度,为中医推拿教学改革提供科学依据。Objective To explore application effect of simulated scenario teaching method in traditional Chinese medicine tuina teaching.Methods A total of 100 physicians received standardized residency training in Tuina Department of Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2023 to September 2024 as research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group by using a random number table method,with 50 physicians in each group.The control group received traditional teaching method,while the experimental group received simulated scenario teaching method.The scores of entrance exam,mini-clinical evaluation exercise,and total score of satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results Before teaching,there were no statistically significant differences in total scores,theoretical exam scores,and skill operation exam scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after teaching,total scores,theoretical exam scores,and skill operation exam scores in the two groups were higher than before teaching,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Physical examination skills,professional theoretical literacy,clinical discrimination ability,overall clinical ability scores,and satisfaction total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Simulated scenario teaching method can effectively enhance students’theoretical knowledge mastery,tuina skill,and comprehensive clinical abilities,while also increasing students’satisfaction with teaching method,providing scientific basis for the reform of traditional Chinese medicine tuina teaching.
