摘　　要：为更好地实施对医学影像学专业的卓越医师培养方案,需要根据院校的办学定位特色和人才培养体系,均衡性地改进教学方法,实现教学资源持续性推动,使教学改革不断更新。医学影像学专业卓越医师的培养需要突破常态化教学存在的问题,优化专业培养计划,整合并改革教学方式,优化课程设置,拓宽教学体系思路,突显学生学习的主体性。通过施行导师制带教管理和教育制度,早接触科研及临床计划,可以尽早提升学生的技能水平,实现基础知识与实践能力的高度融合。通过加强国内外医学教育的合作交流,提高学生创新思维和科研能力。通过构建新教学评价考核机制,实现教学评价与考核体系的相互衔接。文章重点对本专业卓越医师培养实施方案进行探讨和总结,旨在为培养优秀的医学影像学专业人才提供新颖性思路和可行性方法。In order to better implement the training program for outstanding physicians in the medical imaging major,it is necessary to improve the teaching methods in a balanced manner according to the characteristics of school positioning and talent training system of colleges and universities,and achieve continuous promotion of teaching resources,and constantly update the teaching reform.The cultivation of outstanding physicians in the medical imaging specialty needs to break through the problems existing in normalized teaching,optimize professional training plans,integrate and reform teaching methods,optimize curriculum,broaden teaching system ideas,and highlight the subjectivity of student learning.By implement tutorial teaching management and education system,early exposure to scientific research and clinical plans,can improve students’skill level as early as possible,achieve a high degree of integration of students’basic knowledge and practical abilities.By strengthen cooperation and exchanges in medical education at home and abroad to improve students’innovative thinking and scientific research capabilities.By construct a new teaching evaluation and assessment mechanism to achieve mutual connection between teaching evaluation and assessment systems.This article focuses on discussing and summarizing the implementation plan for training outstanding physicians in this specialty,aims to provide novel ideas and feasible methods for cultivating outstanding medical imaging professionals.
