摘 要:为提升垃圾收运车机械手的静动态特性、降低制造成本,基于SolidWorks建立了垃圾收运车机械手的三维模型,利用ADAMS运动仿真软件对垃圾收运车机械手进行动力学分析,根据不同工况的运动情况得出位移、力、速度曲线;在HyperWorks中对机械手进行静力学分析,为后续优化提供条件;基于参数化建模,以体积最小为目标,保持变形和应力满足使用要求为约束,进行轻量化优化。优化结果表明,在强度允许的条件下,机械手总质量减轻了17 kg,减少了16.73%。In order to improve the static and dynamic characteristics of the garbage collection vehicle manipulator and reduce manufacturing costs,a three-dimensional model of the garbage collection vehicle manipulator was established based on SolidWorks.The dynamic analysis of the garbage collection vehicle manipulator was carried out using ADAMS motion simulation software,and displacement,force,and velocity curves were obtained based on the motion of different working conditions.The static characterestics of garbage collection truck manipulator was analyzed in HyperWorks,it provided the conditions for the subsequent optimization.Finally,based on parametric modeling,with the goal of minimizing volume and constraints on maintaining deformation and stress to meet usage requirements,lightweight optimization was carried out.The optimization results showed that the mass of the manipulator could be reduced by 17 kg(16.73%),while the strength meets requirements.
