摘  要:在职业教育领域,技工院校承担着培养高素质技术技能人才的重要任务。然而,当前技工院校实践教学仍面临诸多挑战,如教学方法陈旧、资源匮乏及评价体系单一等。文章探讨了生成式人工智能技术赋能技工院校实践教学的方法,通过教学个性化、资源多样化、过程智能化和技能仿真化等手段,旨在提高教学质量和效率,促进学生技能的全面发展。In the field of vocational education,technical colleges and universities undertake the important task of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.However,practical teaching in technical colleges still faces many challenges,such as outdated teaching methods,lack of resources and single evaluation system.This paper discusses how generative artificial intelligence technology empowers practical teaching in technical colleges and universities,aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of teaching and promote the overall development of students̓skills through the means of teaching personalisation,resource diversification,process intelligence and skill simulation.
