摘 要:食品质量安全问题一直以来都是关乎人们生命健康与社会和谐稳定的直接性因素。尤其在当前全球化进程加快推进、人们食品安全意识逐年提升的大环境下,食品质量安全愈发成为各界关注的焦点问题。相关研究表明,实施管理体系与加工标准化的双重策略,将行之有效地提高食品质量安全水平,降低食品安全风险。基于此,本文主要就管理体系与加工标准化的双重策略开发要点加以浅析,旨在为食品行业的健康发展建言献策,为食品质量安全的强化提供助力。Food quality and safety has always been a direct factor related to public life and health and social harmony and stability.Especially in the current environment of the accelerated globalization process and the public awareness of food safety improving year by year,food quality and safety has increasingly become the focus of attention.Related studies show that the implementation of the dual strategy of management system and processing standardization will effectively improve the level of food quality and safety,and reduce food safety risks.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the dual strategy development points of management system and processing standardization,aiming to make suggestions for the healthy development of the food industry and help to strengthen the food quality and safety.
