摘　　要：本文阐述了食品抽样检测工作的重要性,详细介绍了食品抽样检测的目的、方法、原则及其在生产环节和流通环节的具体应用,并分析了食品抽样检测在食品安全监管中的发展方向,以期为食品安全监管工作提供参考。This article explains the importance of food sampling and testing,and introduces in detail the purpose,methods,principles of food sampling and testing,as well as its specific application in the production and circulation links.It also analyzes the development direction of food sampling and testing in food safety supervision,in order to provide a reference for food safety supervision.
