摘  要:农药是农业生产中防控病虫害的主要手段。然而,不当使用或滥用农药容易引发农药残留问题,不仅危害公众健康,还可能污染生态环境。随着社会对食品安全问题的日益关注,快速、准确地检测食品中的农药残留变得尤为关键。因此,本文通过探讨当前食品检测领域中常用的农药残留检测技术及其应用,旨在为食品安全监管以及农业可持续发展提供参考。Pesticides are the main means of prevention and control of diseases and insect pests in agricultural production.However,improper use or abuse of pesticides can easily lead to pesticide residue problems,which not only endanger public health,but also may pollute the ecological environment.With the increasing concern of the society on food safety,rapid and accurate detection of pesticide residues in food becomes particularly critical.Therefore,this paper aims to provide reference for food safety supervision and agricultural sustainable development by discussing the pesticide residue detection technologies commonly used in the field of food detection and their applications.
