“五阶段”数字化教学模式在《教师职业技能训练》课程中的应用研究

摘　　要：体育教学创新点主要体现在教学理念、教学内容、课程思政、教学过程四个方面,从现有同类院校教学现状及自我教学实践来看,教师普遍对教学内容的把握较为滞后,往往出现重理论轻实践的教学现状,导致学生上课互动性不强、创新能力不足、实践能力较弱等问题。如何使《教师职业技能训练》课程的培养目标与社会人才需求能力相匹配?教学过程采用什么样的教学方法能更好地培养学生的技能?借助什么教学方法或手段能够提高学生的创新与实践能力?诸如此类的问题对高校专业教师的教学理念和教学方法提出了较高要求,课程教学改革势在必行。该文立足于建设高质量教育体系的时代需要,从教育数字化背景出发,进行“五阶段”数字化教学模式在《教师职业技能训练》课程中的应用研究,以期为《教师职业技能训练》及相关课程教学改革提供有价值的依据和参考。The innovation of physical education teaching is mainly reflected in four aspects:teaching concept,teaching content,course ideology and politics,and teaching process.From the current teaching situation and self-teaching practice of similar colleges,teachers generally lag behind in grasping the teaching content,and often there is a teaching situation that emphasizes theory over practice,which leads to students' poor interaction in class,insufficient innovation ability and weak practical ability.How to make the training goal of the course "Teachers' Vocational Skills Training" match the social talent demand ability?What kind of teaching methods can be used in the teaching process to better cultivate students' skills?What teaching methods or means can improve students' innovation and practical ability?Such problems put forward higher requirements for the teaching ideas and teaching methods of professional teachers in colleges and universities,and curriculum teaching reform is imperative.Based on the needs of the times to build a high-quality education system and the background of digital education,this paper studies the application of "five-stage" digital teaching mode in the course of Teachers' Vocational Skills Training,with a view to providing valuable basis and reference for the teaching reform of Teachers' Vocational Skills Training and related courses.
