摘　　要：创新素养是合格教师的重要组成部分,有助于教师更好地适应教育环境的快速变化,提高教师的教育教学质量并培养学生的创新能力。针对大学英语翻译教学的现状,研究从学校、教师和学生三个层面展开论述,并提出一系列措施,以提升大学英语翻译教学中教师的创新素养。Innovative competence is an essential component of qualified teacher,which can help them better adapt to the rapid changes of educational environment,improve their quality of education and teaching,and cultivate students’innovative abilities.In view of the current situation of college English translation teaching,three levels of research on schools,teachers and students are discussed,putting forward a series of measures to enhance teachers’innovative competence in college English translation teaching.
