2023年山东省潍坊市食源性疾病流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：对2023年山东省潍坊市196家医疗机构上报的食源性疾病病例进行流行病学特征分析,为制定有效的防控措施提供科学依据。结果表明,2023年潍坊市共报告食源性疾病病例104749例,男女性别比为1.07∶1.00,病例职业以农民为主(占病例总数的72.38%),病例年龄以35~74岁为主(占病例总数的69.57%),发病时间具有明显的季节性,以9—11月为主(占病例总数的66.13%),因食用水果类及其制品而发病的占病例总数的38.40%,家庭为主要进食场所(占病例总数的95.64%)。为有效防控食源性疾病,有关部门应从公众教育、专业培训、监测预警及强化监管等多个方面采取措施。The epidemiological characteristics of foodborne disease cases reported by 196 medical institutions in Weifang city,Shandong province in 2023 were analyzed to provide scientific basis for formulating effective prevention and control measures.The results showed that a total of 104749 cases of foodborne diseases were reported in Weifang city in 2023,with a male to female ratio of 1.07:1.00.The main occupation of the cases was mainly farmers(72.38%of the total number of cases),and the main age of the cases was mainly 35~74 years old(69.57%of the total number of cases).The onset time was obviously seasonal,mainly from september to november(accounting for 66.13%of the total number of cases).38.40%of the total number of cases were due to the consumption of fruits and their products,and the family was the main eating place(accounting for 95.64%of the total number of cases).In order to effectively prevent and control foodborne diseases,relevant departments should take measures from multiple aspects such as public education,professional training,monitoring and early warning,and strengthening supervision.
