摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础教学(problem-based learning,PBL)法结合标准化病例教学法在儿科临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2024年3—5月在陕西省人民医院儿科实习的60名实习生为研究对象,并根据不同教学方案分为两组,每组30名。对照组给予常规教学法,研究组给予PBL结合标准化病例教学法,对比两组教学效果。结果研究组的理论知识(90.31±3.43)分、技能操作(90.42±2.26)分、病历书写(91.57±3.38)分、综合成绩(91.14±3.53)分,均高于对照组的(81.61±3.52)分、(80.31±3.35)分、(85.68±3.52)分、(86.55±3.62)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.696、13.703、6.557、4.972,P均<0.05)。教学前,两组自主学习能力与临床实践能力评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),教学后研究组自主学习能力与临床实践能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在儿科临床教学中开展PBL结合标准化病例教学法有助于提高实习生自主学习能力与临床实践能力,提高考核成绩,教学满意度高,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with standardized case teaching method in pediatric clinical teaching.Methods Sixty interns in the pediatrics department of Shaanxi Provincial People´s Hospital from March to May 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different teaching programs,with thirty interns in each group.The control group was given conventional teaching method,and the research group was given PBL combined with standardized case teaching method.The teach⁃ing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The theoretical knowledge score of the study group was 90.31±3.43,the skill operation score was 90.42±2.26,the case writing score was 91.57±3.38,and the comprehensive score was 91.14±3.53,they were higher than 81.61±3.52,80.31±3.35,85.68±3.52 and 86.55±3.62 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.696,13.703,6.557,4.972,all P<0.05).Before teaching,the scores of independent learning ability and clinical practice ability of the two groups showed no statistical significance(all P>0.05),while the scores of independent learning ability and clinical practice ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group after teaching,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi⁃cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with standardized case teaching method in pediatric clinical teaching is helpful to improve interns´autonomous learning ability and clinical practice ability,improve assessment scores,and have high teaching satisfaction,which has high application value.
