摘 要:为了对柴油机激励下的机车车体振动进行控制,利用SIMPACK建立考虑柔性车体的机车动力学模型,并对模型的可行性进行验证;利用SIMULINK建立经典地棚阻尼控制器和基于模糊控制的地棚阻尼控制器,通过联合仿真对机车车体振动进行控制及其对比分析。结果表明:相比于刚性车体,考虑柔性车体的机车模型仿真数据与现场实测数据吻合度更高;在机车静止状态下,两种控制策略都有一定的效果,但模糊地棚阻尼器振动控制效果比经典地棚阻尼器振动控制效果更佳,其车辆平稳性和舒适度指标分别改善16.67%和46.79%;机车在正常运行状态下,随着机车运行速度的提高,柴油机对车体振动的贡献比例逐渐减小,对于柴油机减振支座的控制效果逐渐减弱,但在实际运行速度范围内,改善效果仍较明显。In order to control the vibration of locomotive body under diesel engine excitation,a locomotive dynamic model based on flexible car body was established by SIMPACK,and the feasibility of the model was verified.A classical ground-hook damper controller and a ground-hook damper controller based on fuzzy control were established respectively by SIMULINK,and the vibration control effect of locomotive body was compared and analyzed by co-simulation.The results show that compared with the rigid vehicle body,the simulation data of the rigid-flexible coupling locomotive model considering the flexible vehicle body has a better agreement with the field measured data.In the stationary state of the locomotive,both controllers have some effect,but the ground-hook damper based on fuzzy control has a better vibration control effect than the classical ground-hook damper.Its vehicle running stability and comfort indexes are improved by 16.67%and 46.79%respectively.Under normal running condition,with the increase of locomotive running speed,the contribution of diesel engine to car body vibration gradually decreases,and the control effect of diesel engine damping support is gradually weakened,but in the actual running speed range,the improvement effect is still more obvious.
