摘  要:文章基于PBL教学理念,探索成人高校酒店管理与数字化运营专业餐饮服务质量管理课程的混合式教学育人模式。把握PBL教学理念的问题导向原则,基于成人学习者在工作和职业发展中的现实痛点、堵点和难点问题,以提供有价值的育人课程为宗旨,构建了该课程的三维目标体系。设计和实施线上线下结合,课前、课中、课后联动的教学过程,进行线上理论预习、线下案例分析、工作情境复盘、主题研讨与发言、PBL校内实训研讨、PBL校外综合实践等教学活动,教师帮助学生培养应用服务质量管理理论知识和解决现实问题的能力与素养,实现了由以“知识”为中心向以“能力”为中心的转变,最终实现“育人先行、能力培养与价值塑造并重”的立德树人课程目标。Based on the PBL teaching philosophy,this paper focuses on the practical pain points,bottlenecks,and difficulties faced by adult learners in their work and career development.With the aim of providing valuable educational courses,a three-dimensional objective system for this course is constructed.Through a combined online and offline approach,as well as an interconnected teaching design and implementation process spanning pre-class,in-class,and post-class activities,various teaching methods are employed,including online theoretical previews,offine case analyses,work scenario reenactments,thematic discussions and presentations,PBL-based on-campus practical training seminars,and PBL-based off-campus comprehensive practices.These activities help teachers empower students to develop the ability and literacy to apply service quality management theories and knowledge in solving real-world problems,thereby shifting the focus from"knowledge"to"competence and literacy."Ultimately,the goal of fostering virtue through education,emphasizing both capability cultivation and value shaping,is achieved in linewith thecourse objectives.
