摘 要:提升职业院校培训工作质量,需要构建起一个协同创新、互利共赢的培训网络关系。在这一过程中,嵌入性理论提供了重要的启示,它强调了企业或组织与其所在网络中其他成员之间的关系强度及其质量对组织行为和绩效的影响。根据嵌入性理论,职业院校在拓展培训工作的网络关系时,可以通过频繁互动和情感密切的联系,积极与网络中心位置的行动者建立合作关系,以扩大网络规模,并获取异质性知识和资源,提升培训的针对性和实用性,也有助于构建稳固的合作关系。与此同时,通过分析成功案例,提炼出行之有效的培训工作思路和模式,为职业院校提供可借鉴的经验,也为社会和经济发展培养更多高质量的技术技能人才。To improve the training quality of vocational colleges,it is necessary to build a training network relationship of collaborative innovation and mutual benefits.In this process,the theory of embeddedness provides important implications,highlighting the impact of the strength and quality of relationships between an enterprise or organization and other members of its network on organizational behavior and performance.According to embeddedness theory,vocational colleges can actively establish cooperative relations with actors in the center of the network through frequent interaction and close emotional contact when expanding the training network relationship,aiming at expanding the network scale and obtaining heterogeneous knowledge and resources,improving the pertinence and practicability of the training,and building a stable cooperative relationship.At the same time,through analysis of successful cases,we can extract effective training ideas and models.Thus we can not only provide useful experience for vocational colleges,but also cultivate more high-quality technical talents for social and economic development.
