高职院校融合优秀企业文化育人实践的路径探析——以上海海事职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：目前,校企协同培养人才成效式微,学校教育和企业需求之间既存在“人才”产品质量和数量的“供需矛盾”,也存在教育链和产业链的就业衔接矛盾。该文以上海海事职业技术学院为例,在产教融合发展高职教育过程中,尝试探索以“优秀企业文化”协同育人的新路径,以提升就业衔接力和教育质量。上海海事职业技术学院引进“中国远洋海运集团总公司”优秀企业文化入校,通过打造航运系列品牌文化项目,加强学生对优秀企业文化的元素认知、体验理解、思维认同、行为养成,“五育”并举,着力构建“三全”文化育人体系,在文化育人过程中提高学生对企业和社会的认知,提升学生的职业技能、职业素养、职业精神和职业衔接力,切实提高高职教育质量。Currently,the effectiveness of talent cultivation through school-enterprise collaboration is insufficient.There exist both"supply-demand contradictions"regarding the quality and quantity of"talent"products between school education and enterprise demands,as well as employment connection contradictions between the education chain and the industrial chain.Taking Shanghai Maritime Vocational and Technical College as an example,in the process of developing higher vocational education through the integration of industry and education,attempts are made to explore a new path of collaborative talent cultivation with"outstanding corporate culture"to enhance employment connection capabilities and educational quality.Shanghai Maritime Vocational and Technical College has introduced the outstanding corporate culture of"China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited"into the campus and created a series of cultural brand projects to strengthen students'cognition,experience understanding,thinking recognition,and behavior formation of the elements of outstanding corporate culture.The five educations are carried out simultaneously,with an emphasis on constructing a"three-all"cultural education system.During the process of cultural education,students'understanding of enterprises and society is improved,and their vocational skills,vocational qualities,vocational spirit,and vocational connection capabilities are enhanced,thereby effectively enhancing the quality of higher vocational education.
