校企合作视域下高职院校大学生就业能力提升路径探究

摘　　要：通过就业能力要素分析,确定高职院校大学生在当前就业市场中所需的核心能力。基于此,分析校企合作中高职院校大学生就业能力培养存在的问题,包括校企合作程度仍不足,学生就业能力培养不深入;校企合作机制不成熟,理论与实践的匹配度不高;校企合作的供需错配,学生的就业指导存在偏差。因此,提出提升校企合作深度,深化学生就业能力培养;完善校企合作机制,推进理论与实践的融合;精准分析岗位供需,纠偏学生就业发展指导等策略。Analyzing employability factors,the core competence of vocational college students in the current job market is determined.Based on this,the study analyzes the problems in the training of college students'employability in the school-enterprise cooperation,including the lack of school-enterprise cooperation and the lack of in-depth training of students'employability,the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is not mature,and the matching degree between theory and practice is not high,the supply and demand mismatch of school-enterprise cooperation and the deviation of students'employment guidance exist.Therefore,it is proposed to enhance the depth of school-enterprise cooperation and deepen the training of students'employability,improve the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and promote the integration of theory and practice,accurately analyze job supply and demand,correct student employment development guidance.
