摘  要:新时代教育强国建设和教育高质量发展对中小学教师教学和研究能力提出了更高的要求。中小学教师已由传统的知识传授者转型为教育教学研究一体的复合型教育者,提升教师育人能力是现阶段高素质教育的要求。以教育教学研究者的身份实现“立德树人”,不仅是教师育人方式的转变,也是教师职业的升级。从教学到教研的转型,这对适应教育体系发展具有重要意义,需要全面系统地理解教育教学研究的内涵,并从中探索其与学校、学生的内在关系,探索其培养路径。The construction of a strong education country and the high-quality development of education in the New Era have put forward higher requirements for the teaching and research abilities of primary and secondary school teachers.Primary and secondary school teachers have transformed from traditional knowledge transmitters to composite educators who integrate education,teaching,and research.Enhancing teachers'ability to educate students is a requirement for high-quality education at this stage.As a researcher in education and teaching,achieving the goal of"cultivating virtue and nurturing people"is not only a transformation in the way teachers educate themselves,but also an upgrade in the teaching profession.The trans formation from teaching to research and teaching is of great significance for adapting to the development of the education system.It requires a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the connotation of educational and teaching research,and exploring its internal relationship with schools and students,as well as exploring its cultivation path.
