摘 要:教学范式是教学实践的底层逻辑,唯有触及教学范式层面的教学改革才能实现教学形态的本质性跃变。“输出为本”教学范式是基于教与学流程中的基本构成要素“输入—加工—输出”建构的新教学范式。该范式强调学习者对知识的意义建构、深度加工和输出转化,倡导教学应以培养学生将所学知识输出转化为解决真实问题的能力作为根本目的。以输出作为目的,输入作为手段;以输出倒逼输入;以输出成效评价输入质量是“输出为本”教学范式的核心主张。为推动教学范式从“输入为本”转向“输出为本”,需要践行基于核心知识的意义设定输出型学习目标、根据学习目标建构输入内容、立足输入内容设计输出型任务、结合任务表现进行输出引导、针对输出表现评价核心知识输入质量等具体实践路径。Teaching paradigm is the underlying logic of teaching practice,and only the teaching reform that reaches the level of teaching paradigm can achieve the essential transformation of teaching form."Output-based"teaching paradigm is a new one based on basic elements of teaching and learning,that is,input,processing and output.This paradigm emphasizes learners'meaning construction,indepth processing and output transformation of knowledge,and advocates that teaching should take cultivating students'ability to output and transform learned knowledge to solve real problems as fundamental purpose.Regarding output as purpose and input as means,facilitating input by output,and evaluating input quality based on output effect are the core proposition of this paradigm.In order to transform teaching paradigm from input-based to output-based,it's necessary to set output-oriented learning goals based on meaning of core knowledge,construct input content according to learning goals,design output-based tasks based on input content,conduct output guidance based on task performance,and evaluate input quality of core knowledge based on output performance.
