摘  要:随着新工科概念的提出和高等工程教育工作者在相关专业的探索实践,基于土木、水利、交通、海洋等多学科融合发展的“大土木”人才模式的优越性逐渐被认可。传统的土木工程及相关细分专业的人才培养在当前国内外日新月异、高速发展的“大土木”新工科背景下面临着诸多挑战。以“大土木”工程专业为背景,从多角度分析和提出提升教师教育教学能力的方法。以教师教学能力在新工科背景下面临的挑战为切入点,从教学单位到教师个人,多层次多方位主动出击,积极作为,针对“大土木”专业的特点,提出切实有效的措施,为专任教师能够尽快适应新的教学模式、提高教学实践能力提供保障。With the proposal of new engineering concepts and the exploration and practice of higher engineering educators in related majors,the superiority of the“wide civil engineering”talent model based on the integration of civil engineering,water conservancy,transportation,marine and other disciplines has gradually been practiced and recognized.Under the background of rapid development of civil engineering at home and abroad,the traditional teaching of civil engineering is facing plenty of challenges.Based on the background of wide civil engineering specialty,this paper analyzes and puts forward methods to improve teachers’education and teaching ability from multiple perspectives.Starting from the role of the teaching ability in professional construction under the background of new engineering,this paper summarizes the current challenges in training composite talents.According to the characteristics of wide civil engineering,practical and effective measures for civil engineering teachers are put forward for them to adapt to the new teaching model as soon as possible.It is on the multi-level and multi-aspect from teaching units to individual teachers,which provides guarantee for improving the teaching practice ability.
