摘  要:针对高职文科类专业实践教学改革存在的问题,通过引入服务学习理念和方法,构建了实践育人的全新框架。首先分析了服务学习在育人中的意义价值;进而以社区管理与服务专业为例规划了开展服务学习的校企合作基础;以“个案工作实务”课程的服务学习实践教学改革为例,详细总结梳理了服务学习的教学准备、内容设计、时间安排、教学实施过程和育人成果,为高职文科类实践教学创新提供了一条可借鉴的服务学习教学改革路径。In response to the problems in practical teaching reform of liberal arts in higher vocational education,a new framework for practical education has been constructed by introducing the concept and methods of service learning.This article first analyzes the significance and value of service learning in education.Furthermore,it takes the community management and service major as an example,and carries out the foundation for school enterprise cooperation in carrying out service learning.Taking the reform of service learning practical teaching in the course of Case Work Practice as an example,this paper summarizes and sorts out the teaching preparation,content design,time arrangement,teaching implementation process,and educational achievements of service learning in detail,providing a reference path for the innovation of service learning teaching in higher vocational humanities practical teaching.
