摘  要:采用乙醇提取法从喀什冬梨果皮中提取三萜类化合物。以山楂酸含量、科罗索酸含量、齐墩果酸含量、熊果酸含量、总三萜含量和出膏率6个指标的综合评分作为评价指标,在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面法优化提取工艺。结果表明:最佳提取条件为提取时间51 min、液固比42∶1(mL/g)、乙醇体积分数73%,在此条件下提取的三萜类化合物的综合评分为91.42,与预测值误差小。Triterpenoids were extracted from Pyrus communis Kashi peel by ethanol extraction method.The comprehensive scores of six indicators including hawthorn acid content,corosolic acid content,oleanolic acid content,ursolic acid content,total triterpenoid content,and paste yield were used as evaluation indicators,and the extraction process was optimized by response surface methodology on the basis of single factor experiments.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were extraction time 51 min,liquid-solid ratio 42∶1(mL/g)and ethanol volume fraction 73%.Under these conditions,the comprehensive score of triterpenoids was 91.42,and the error was small compared with the predicted value.
