摘　　要：碧根果的健康膳食蕴含着健康中国的“大食物观”理念,在食品行业中受到广泛关注。本文分析了中国碧根果消费市场和健康膳食消费现状,深入探讨了碧根果健康膳食对消费者健康普及和市场健康教育、生产加工制造者、产品研发以及产业发展带来的启示,为持续推动碧根果进入日常家庭消费,引领消费者健康膳食均衡和营养补充,实施健康中国战略提供相应建议。The healthy diet of pecan contains the concept of“Big Food View”of Health China,which has already attracted extensive attention in food industry.This article analyzes the consumption market and current status of healthy diet consumption in China’s pecan market,deeply explored the insights brought by the healthy diet of pecan to consumer health popularization,market health education,production and processing manufacturers,product research and development,and industrial development.Thus,to promote the daily household consumption of pecan,lead the consumers’diet balance and nutritional supplement,also provide corresponding suggestion for implementing the Health China strategy.
